Find out what makes introverts tick.
Do you like to be alone and enjoy the peace and quiet? Do you prefer individual activities to group activities? Do you reflect a lot and like deep conversations? Then you are probably an introvert. They recharge their batteries in the time they spend alone. They are not party people who quickly go out for a drink in the evening after work. Environmental stimuli quickly overwhelm introverts and constant company stresses them out. Because they are not loud and conspicuous, they are often perceived as shy and are frequently underestimated. In most cases, however, introverts simply prefer quality over quantity. This means that instead of cultivating many superficial acquaintances, they prefer to have a few close friends around them. Although at first glance extroverts enjoy many advantages in the world of work, introverts are in no way inferior to extroverts in their work performance. Their ability to listen well, have a good feel for others and their reliability will definitely stand them in good stead, especially as managers.
If you belong to the introvert group, it is important that you accept yourself as you are and focus on your strengths. Withdraw when you need peace and quiet and learn to manage your energy properly.
Enjoy the silence and recharge your batteries in peace!
