A recipe to fall in love with
It's strawberry season! We have a light summer recipe for you.
Ingredients for 4 - 6 people:
- 15 pieces of ladyfingers
- 700g fresh strawberries including some for garnish
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 250g mascarpone
- 150g low-fat quark
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp matcha powder
- 1.5 dl full cream
- 50g milk chocolate
Preparation:
- Spread the ladyfingers in a shallow gratin dish
- Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut one half of the strawberries (350g) into slices and put them to one side. Place the other half in a measuring cup.
- Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice to the strawberries in the measuring jug. Then puree everything with a hand blender and pour the mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Spread the strawberry slices over the ladyfingers as well.
- Place the mascarpone, quark, matcha powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
- Whip the cream and mix it carefully into the mascarpone mixture.
- Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces.
- Spread the white mixture into the mold and smooth it out with a scraper. Garnish with a few strawberries and the chocolate pieces if desired and place the tiramisu in the fridge immediately for around 3 hours.
